I have changed in so many ways –

“Desire is the starting point of all
achievement, not a hope, not a
wish, but a keen pulsating desire which
transcends everything”. This desire is
what has driven me, for the past 18
months, to reach my goal and lose 100
pounds, and transform me into the
healthier, leaner, and stronger person that

weights that I can lift, and the overall
change in me. When I started this journey
I was lost, fat, and depressed. Today, I am
very healthy, lean, strong and most
importantly, happy. It was not just about
the weight loss, but about the total

I may have kept quiet about finally
hitting the 100lb loss mark, but I did
celebrate it in a different way. As I
have stated before I have been on
television in the past, so it is not
uncommon for me to be in touch with
producers from many different shows.
The Rachel Ray show had reached out to
me to do a makeover show, and, of
course, I said
