ncentives Organic Spa and Salon
started with a vision to create a place
where beauty and health could
peacefully co-exist. Now ten years later,
we are proud to offer a full-service
establishment that is thriving in all
categories of our business including hair,
skin, nails, massage and health/wellness.
But our success relies solely on the
satisfaction of our clients. So a few weeks
ago we sent out a customer survey to get
their feedback on the good, the bad and
the enlightening truth about their
experience at the spa. After tallying the
responses, the results are in! Here's what
we've learned:
The Desk Staff
The Desk Staff is friendly, courteous and
efficient. They are attentive to our
clients' needs and competent when it
comes to booking appointments, checking
clients in and checking them out.
When it comes to booking
appointments, most of our clients
prefer Fridays and Saturdays but would
like to schedule on Sundays as well.
Good news! Incentives is working on
opening our doors on Sundays to
accommodate even the busiest of
schedules. Starting with a preview day
on Valentine's Day, Sunday, February
14th, the spa will be open from 9 am to
1 pm. After we work out the calendar,
we'll alert you to the next Sunday
opening and our new hours of operation
so that you can book your massages,
facials, haircuts and nail appointments.
Our late nights are generally on
Thursdays, but if you're having a
problem with booking just speak with
one of our desk staff and they will work
with you to fit your schedule.
Marketing And Promotions
The Service Staff
More than 80% of our clients receive
promotional emails and coupons, but
only 50% have taken advantage of an
offer in the past six months.
And the most popular promotion goes
to… “Spa Week” followed by “Monday is
ME Day.” Incentives Organic Spa and
Salon marketing and promotions are
designed not only to give your wallet a
break, but also to provide you with the
opportunity to try a new service or to
pass along savings to family members
and friends that you enjoy ”spa-ing”
with! The survey results also revealed
that some clients were unsure of how
to get coupons and promotions, so here
are a few tips to ensure you never miss

happy to report that 99% of our clients
said they were greeted in a friendly and
timely manner and the desk staff was
attentive to their needs.
