since I am from here—is amazing…I
couldn't ask for anything more. But we do
need to start getting some better results
and I think it's going to come. Hopefully it
will be sooner rather than later…we've got
another game this Friday, and it's a
chance for us to turn things around
(NYCFC rallied from a two goal deficit to
tie the Chicago Fire 2-2).
PS: When do you expect to play your
former team, Real Salt Lake?
CW: We play them in two
weeks…Memorial Day weekend we go out
to Salt Lake to play at Rio Tinto Stadium
which is my old stadium. It will be in front
of all their fans and there are still so
many of my buddies that I played with for,
in some cases, eight to ten years. It will
be a weird feeling for me…there's a

couple of things that are going to be
strange. Not going into the home locker
room for one, and, of course, playing
against them in a real game that
counts. But at the same time I'm really
excited about it…I still have so much
love for everybody who's a part of the
organization, and Utah was definitely a
second home for me. To go back out
there is really going to be a special
weekend for me…I'm going to try to
extend the trip a little bit so I can see
everyone. It will all be a little strange
but also enjoyable.
PS: A couple of last thoughts about
Fitness Incentive.
CW: For me, as an athlete, it's a place I
can go and make sure I'm getting the
work I need to do, done…a place that's
going to provide me with everything I
need, with the rest being up to me. Not
only staying fit, but improving my
fitness and aiding me as I try to reach
that next level. And it's been that
for…ever. From my high school years,
