W
hen Kelly and Shawn Wallace
pitched their idea for an
outdoor high intensity interval
training program to us back in 2011 we
were all really excited about the idea.
First of all, as anyone knows, when it
comes to fitness, just about anything
that Kelly dreams up goes viral. But we
were also intrigued by the idea itself:
taking members out into the real world
and training them with the latest (and
craziest) fitness implements, like battling
ropes, TRX, kettlebells and whatever
else Kelly and Shawn could dig up. Drill
hard with short rest periods for 30
minutes and you’re done. Simple, right?
