Weekly trout plants continue at Lake Pardee, with latest plant of 1,000 pounds of rainbows by Calaveras Trout Farm bringing the total to 27,000 pounds for the season so far. Bank anglers interested in hooking the rainbows should toss out PowerBait, nightcrawlers and Kastmasters in the deeper water off the points of the main recreation area.
