Renters Insurance
FirstKey Homes insures the house itself, but what about all
of your belongings? That’s where renters insurance comes
in. We require having a renters insurance policy in place. You
know we like to make sure you’re covered!
Restrictions, Rules & Regulations (CC&Rs) as applicable,
which will be provided by the HOA Department at FirstKey
Homes or the Homeowners Association. If you didn’t receive
your HOA rules or need a replacement set, please contact us
If a resident-responsible HOA violation occurs, you will be
responsible to resolve it. If not resolved, FirstKey Homes will
resolve it and charge the cost to your account. If you have

If your new neighborhood has a homeowners association,
you should have received important information regarding
policies, rules and regulations.
FirstKey Homes pays the HOA dues for your home; all you
need to do is abide by the HOA’s rules and regulations.
So far I love this company! The agent and the company were really
responsive and answered all of my questions. They even suggested a
different move-in day to keep me from paying too much out of pocket.
I’ve been in the property for a month and all my needs have been met.
I would suggest anyone to rent from this company!
