TAKE CARE OF THE RESIDENTS
If you are selling a tenanted investment property,
there are legislative requirements regarding access
and photography. Your agent will be familiar with all
of these and ensure they are handled professionally.
Additionally, you will want to still maximise the saleability of your property.
Some suggestions are

service for the duration of the marketing period
to remove the onus of presentation from the
tenants
