Objectives and strategy
Accord’s objectives and strategy are set out in the strategic five year Business Plan that is reviewed annually and approved by the Board of
Management. The Board is responsible for the overall management of the Association, including the monitoring of performance of all its
functions, the determination of strategic direction and policies, implementing and overseeing control, governance and risk management
frameworks and determination of resources to meet the Association’s financial and other obligations. The organisation’s main objectives
and strategies taken from the Business Plan 2018-2023, are summarised in the following table:
