The Chief Executive is an ordinary member of the Association’s pension scheme described in Note 29.
No enhanced or special terms apply to his membership and he has no other pension arrangement to which the Association
contributes.
For the purposes of this note, Directors are defined as members of the Board of Management and the Executive Board.
Included in the above are the emoluments in respect of the Directors’ services in connection with the affairs of the Association.
During the year, 30 members of the Board of Management and Committees of the Board received emoluments totalling £115,795
(2017: £147,382) of which 12 members are active and still serving as at 31 March 2018 and were remunerated as follows:
