The Chief Executive is an ordinary member of the Group’s pension scheme described in note 29.
No enhanced or special terms apply to his membership and he has no other pension arrangement to which the
Association contributes.
For the purposes of this note, Directors are defined as members of the Board of Management and the Executive
Board.
Included in the above are the emoluments in respect of the Directors’ services in connection with the affairs of
subsidiary undertakings.
52 members of the Board of Management, subsidiary Boards and Committees received emoluments
totalling £136,562 (2015: £120,591). Included within these figures are 12 serving Board members who were
remunerated as follows:
