The Accord Group owns and manages over
13,000 homes delivering a range of housing,
care and commercial services throughout the

& support services, the Group’s work includes
providing culturally sensitive services, services
to housing co-operatives and supporting
a range of community empowerment and
customer led initiatives. The Accord Group is
an award-winning organisation, for example
winning the Outstanding Development of the
Year award in the 2015 UK Housing Awards
and the Queen’s Award for Sustainable
Development as lead Matrix partner.
The need for good quality, affordable housing remains one of
the key priorities of the government and Accord continues its
proven track record of delivering new housing supply across
a range of tenure types. The recently completed Affordable
Housing Programme saw the Group deliver around 800 new
homes for local communities. Accord’s commitment to the
supply of new housing continues to support the economic
regeneration of communities across Birmingham, the Black
Country and surrounding areas. Once again, Accord as
lead partner in the Matrix Housing Partnership development
vehicle, has achieved top quartile performance and remains
one of the Homes & Community Agency’s top performers.
