30. Disclosure of Group Activity
During the course of standard business a number of inter-company transactions take place. These inter-company transactions relate to
the following types of activity:
n Inter-company housing management arrangements where one subsidiary manages housing units owned by another
n The recharge of central overheads within the Group structure
n Construction and development activity undertaken on behalf of other subsidiaries in the Group
n The transfer of Social housing Grant received in the parent on behalf of other subsidiaries in the Group
n The sale of housing assets within the Group.
Outlined below are the summarised inter-company transactional activity in the 2015/16 financial year, including amounts owed as at the
year-end date. All activity relates to those items listed above, however there were no sales of housing assets within the group during the
2015/16 financial year.
