The FI2020 Progress Report is an interactive website that examines five major areas that are essential to global financial inclusion and scores progress on each on a scale of 0 to 10. It is possibly the most comprehensive look available today at the state of the financial inclusion movement and the challenges it must tackle next. The five topics covered in the progress report are Addressing Customer Needs, Credit Reporting & Data, Client Protection, Financial Capability, and Technology. In the report, FI2020 explores progress to date, as well as puts forth calls to action, all while presenting sidebars showing some of the promising work being done around the world.
