Water Testing at LUSD/Pruebas de Agua Potable
In accordance with Assembly Bill (AB) 746, a community water system that serves a school with a building constructed before
2010, is required to test for lead before January 1, 2019. In collaboration with the City of Livingston, all required lead testing of
the potable water system to all school sites is complete. Test results indicate all schools meet the standards of safe drinking
water set forth by AB 746. Students also have access to filtered water systems in the cafeteria and various drinking fountains.

En acuerdo con la Ley Estatal de la Asamblea (AB) 746, un sistema de agua de la comunidad que da servicios a una escuela con
un edificio construido antes de 2010, debe completar una prueba de plomo antes del 1 de enero de 2019. En colaboración con la
ciudad de Livingston, las pruebas requeridas del sistema de agua potable fueron hechas en todas las escuelas. Los resultados
indican que todas las escuelas cumplen con los estándares de la ley de agua potable y es seguro para tomar. Los estudiantes
también tienen acceso a sistemas de agua filtrada en la cafetería y varias fuentes de agua potable.

Immunization Reminder: Is Your Child Ready to Start School?

Is your child up-to-date with their vaccinations? Students admitted at TK/K – 12th grade
are required to have the below immunizations prior to starting school. California schools
are required to check a child’s immunization record as proof. If you are not sure whether
your child is current with their vaccinations, please visit your family physician or contact
our schools.
