Aquatic / Acuático Organism that lives in the water .

Allopatry / Alopatría
Two species , generally similar , that do not overlap distribution range .

Amplexus / Amplexo ( A ) Reproduction event between anurans ( frogs and toads ). Usually the male grasps the female in the axilla , but in some species the male grasps the female around her waist .
Acto reproductivo entre anuros ( ranas y sapos ). Por lo general el macho sujeta a la hembra por la axila ( amplexo axilar ), pero en ocasiones el macho puede sujetarla por la cintura .
