ou’ve most likely heard that sport imitates life. Well I'm here to tell you that as a long-time endurance athlete (140.6 mile Ironman Triathlons, 31 marathons and countless shorter distance races) I've come to believe the way to achieve and perform at maximum capacity is to understand and adopt certain themes to success and goal achievement. There is, in fact, a method to sports madness and here I give you 5 important lessons that I’ve learned and how these lessons can help you to grow in health, fitness and life success.
