Practical application tips:

To apply what you’ve learned here into your life right now, take a few minutes and ask yourself – what is a habit in each category I can test out? Then pick one area to start with and try doing that activity for 21 days. (You need at least that much time to form a healthy new habit).

Be patient with yourself as you get started, but also don’t let yourself off the hook. Pick the same time every day to make your new habit an easy routine you don’t have to think about. Maybe pair up with a friend and you each hold each other accountable. (Hint: this makes forming a new habit more fun!) And, to speed up your genius-cultivating process with whatever habit(s) you choose, be sure to hold the belief and intention to release negative energy, restore to your centered self, or raise your vibes. Then, simply let go and watch your genius begin to flow!
