From our genius we can solve our biggest problems at work, in our families, and for society as a whole. Even more, operating from our genius makes life 1,000 times better. In our genius zones, we feel alive, happy, and in flow. That is because our genius is the most fun and easy way to spend our time.

A major part of accessing the genius within is taking care of our health and well-being. We can’t access our genius when we’re stressed out, burned out, or overworked. In these states, rather than our genius, we access our most cranky, frustrated selves, which can only think about what’s wrong and how to avoid more pain and hassle.

In our genius zone, we are receptive, creative, and playful. And so, if we want to tap our genius regularly, we must form habits that help us get into those states. We get into these states through attention to our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Physical well-being is about fitness in our bodies. Mental well-being involves positive mindset. Emotional well-being means placing focus on emotional balance. And spiritual well-being involves connecting with our deepest desires, passions, and sense of purpose.
