My name is Stacey Dineen and I'm an 18-year-old living in Ireland. I've always lived in Ireland but plan to move to the US permanently next year as that seems to be where all the opportunities are.

I lived in a small village all my life so castings are always near impossible to get too as it often required going on a train or a flight. Since I was younger I've always had a talent and passion in acting, singing and song writing. In 2015 I wrote and released my first song called Stay Strong which you can find on YouTube. This song was written because I wanted to help people suffering with mental health. People have told me that the song saved the lives of people that they knew so that meant everything to me. I knew the song wouldn't make it to the charts because it wasn't that type of song, the song was written to help people and that's what it did. In 2015 I also left school. The reason I left school is because I was never book smart, I was capable of getting good grades but I would have to put so much pressure on myself which lead to stress and break downs. I was never treated the best in school either so leaving for me was a relief. . I wouldn't recommend anyone to leave education because it is very important. My reason for leaving education was because I have a strong determination to chase and achieve my dream and goals. I had talked with my mother about leaving school to chase my dreams, she always knew I wanted to sing and act because it's all I've ever known growing up. Nobody in my family is musically talented or interested in acting it literally is something only I wanted to pursue within my family and I started doing it at home since the age of 3-5. Soon after leaving school I was working so hard. I was applying to casting calls left right and centre just applying and auditioning for every casting that I could. I was messing around on google and I found a casting agency. I decided to call the agency and I told them my dreams etc. and to this day I will never regret it. Not many people would just call up an agency and tell them that they want to be part of the agency. I contacted Take 2 casting agency which is an amazing talent/acting agency in Ireland. I contacted the agency and Pamela Hughes answered the phone. I had no idea that at that stage this woman would be such a positive and important impact in my life. Pamela is my agent to this day and I'm so thankful to have her. When I called Pamela she was impressed with my determination, Pamela said I was the first person to call the agency and be so daring to ask could I have the opportunity to join. I guess she loved my determination and saw my potential. She invited me to her home with my aunt and we talked for a while, Pamela saw my determination and protentional and signed me to her agency that day.

I have a very special bond with Pamela now and she's honestly a gift from God in my life, she is just amazing at what she does and she is overall an outstanding lady and her agency is doing so well I am so proud to be part of the Take 2 family. So, after leaving school in 1 year I signed to 2 agencies, Take 2 Casting Agency and Andrea Roche modelling agency. After signing to 2 agencies I was more determined. This was the first step to my long journey. I was messing around on a casting website one day and came across a casting for a new reality TV show about modelling called The Fashion Hero.
