It seems that the need for this new long-range bomber is in popular demand, and those in favor of this new production have developed quite a case as to why it could be very beneficial to mission effectiveness in the Air Force. They have also showed how technology has an opportunity to expand because of these platforms so that the service can become efficient on top of effective. The only questions that remain are: Will the production be allowed to be carried out? And if so, when will development begin and how will the Air Force deal with the financial aspect of introducing roughly 90 new aircraft that could cost roughly $550 million dollars per platform, if not more?
