- 120 g dark chocolate
- 80 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 500 mL (2 cups) Marqués de Valdueza
extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 eggs

PREPARATION TIME - 30 MINUTES
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F (180°C).
MELT CHOCOLATE IN A DOUBLE BOILER AND SET ASIDE.
IN A BOWL, WHIP THE EGGS AND SUGAR USING A
MIXER. ADD THE FLOUR AND OLIVE OIL AND BLEND
WELL WITH A SPATULA. FINALLY, FOLD THE MELTED
CHOCOLATE INTO THE BATTER.
POUR INTO FOUR LIGHTLY OILED BAKING PANS AND
COOK IN THE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES, DEPENDING
ON PAN SIZE.
REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND LEAVE TO COOL FOR
A FEW MINUTES BEFORE UNMOLDING. SERVE WITH
DICED STRAWBERRIES.
