- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 30 mL (2 tablespoons) Goccia di Sole lemon olive oil
- 25 g sliced toasted almonds
- A pinch of Favuzzi Lemon & Salt
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
BROCCOLI WITH LEMON
AND ALMONDS
SERVES 4 TO 6
PREPARATION - 15 MINUTES
IN A POT, BRING TO THE BOIL A GOOD AMOUNT OF
SALTED WATER. BLANCH THE BROCCOLI FOR TWO
MINUTES, THEN DRAIN.
HEAT A WOK OR FRYING PAN AND COMBINE ALL
INGREDIENTS, ENDING WITH THE BLANCHED
BROCCOLI. SAUTÉ FOR TWO MINUTES AND
SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
