- 500 g ground beef
- 2 apples, cubed
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) 5-spice blend
- 60 g walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 45 mL (3 tablespoons) O blood orange olive oil
- 45 mL (3 tablespoons) Cointreau
ORANGE, APPLE

SERVES 4 TO 6
PREPARATION - 10 MINUTES
COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL.
STUFF THE TURKEY OR CHICKEN.
IF THERE IS ANY LEFTOVER STUFFING, BAKE IT IN THE
OVEN AT THE SAME TIME AS THE TURKEY OR CHICKEN
AND SERVE AS A SIDE DISH.
