- 4 cooked potatoes, whole and peeled -4 thick slices turkey or chicken - 4 slices Oka cheese or mature cheddar - 30 mL (2 tablespoons) Favuzzi extra-virgin olive oil - 4 pinches Favuzzi fleur de sel - Finely chopped chives, to taste CROQUE-MONSIEUR WITH CHRISTMAS DINNER LEFTOVERS SERVES 2 PREPARATION - 15 MINUTES CUT THE POTATOES IN HALF LENGTHWISE. PLACE TURKEY AND CHEESE ON ONE HALF, THEN COVER WITH THE OTHER HALF. PUT THE POTATOES ON A BAKING SHEET AND BRUSH WITH OIL. BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 220°C OR 425°F FOR 8 MINUTES.
