Where are you going to see your product ? Where can customers buy it ? If its in a shop what type of shops ? Where do your competitors sell their products ?
As a brand you want to know what the product is , how the customer will use it and when , what bits of it aren ’ t they going to use and how does it differentiate to your competitors ?
For price you want to know how much are your competitors charging , if the customers are willing to pay the price for your product and if you were to charge a little less for it would you gain a bigger market ?
This is all about how are you going to advertise your product ? How are you going to reach your target audience ? When is the best time to promote your product and what are your competitors doing to promote their products ?

What does your packaging look like ? Does it reflect your brand and its story ? Will the customers like it ? Can they interact with it ? What are your competitors doing with their packaging ?
This is about how your brand is positioned in people minds and hearts . How do people talk about you and your brand when you are and aren ’ t around ? Where do you stand in the market when people talk about your brand ?
This is not just about your customer but your employee ’ s as well . How do you treat them ? Who do you want representing your brand ? What are your competitor ’ s doing to ensure their employee ’ s are always doing their best ?
