How has Robert Reed, owner of Ergo Research played apart in your success?
Robert Reed was the first person to give me a chance in the Education field. When I was studying Cosmetology at West Valley occupational Center, Robert came to share advice about the industry. Robert Reed is known for his public speaking abilities and I was drawn to his wisdom. He invited me to help the Ergo team during a hair show and then onto his team where I’ve been for 4 years now.
What’s your ultimate goal within the beauty industry?
My ultimate goal is to improve the educational experience globally, starting with the Beauty industry.
You do a great job with your own hair, it can get wild how does your clients respond to your audacious style?
Most appear to respect my individuality, liking it, or agreeing with it is a different story .
Who has been some of your favorite celebrities to work with and why?
Emily Bet Rickards. She is such a sweetheart and always shows me such hospitality during house calls.
What are 5 must have products/tools for good hair?
Ergo round brushes, Ergo Smoothing iron, Ergo Hot Razor, Prive Texture Spray, and Prive Dry Shampoo.

In 2014 I started an Educational organization named Rooted Thoughts with the help of Men’s Groomer @SugarSkulls. Rooted Thoughts is a Knowledge sharing platform that extends across the beauty, fashion, and business industries. Currently we host live educational events based in Los Angeles, CA. Today Rooted Thoughts has grown into one of my main sources of drive, and purpose.
