Bliss Yoga (Seated pillow practice) Mindful Yoga Combining aspects of traditional yoga, Tai Chi and meditation with breathing practices, Seated Pillow Yoga is a mindful and meditative yoga class, ideal for individuals looking for a low- energy activity to unwind, stretch and recover vitality. The instructor will lead the class through an hour-long session that combines light physical stretching, mindful meditations and whole-body relaxation exercises to slow down, de-stress and transform energy to refresh, recharge and rejuvenate. Participants are asked to bring a pillow to class. Instructor: David Pantano Warming up with yoga flow and diving into Kundalini breath- work and movements to balance the chakras and enhance flow of energy in all systems. Powerful, transformative, immune boosting, calming and physically and emotionally healing, this class is friendly and informative for all levels. Instructor: Marda Sperber Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga (a root form of Ashtanga Yoga) is characterized by a focus on dynamic connecting posture that creates a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures. Vinyasa translates as linking and the system also implies the linking of the movement to the breath. Essentially the breath dictates the movement and the length of time held in the postures. Attention is also placed on the journey between the postures, and not just the postures themselves. In Vinyasa Yoga the postures can be arranged into different sequences that can meet the practitioner’s need or mood in a more creative flow. Instructor: David Pantano OMEGA Yoga Flow (All Levels) This class focuses on the flow of Vinyasa and breath (pranayama) awareness. Movement that connects in a continuous smooth fashion.
