PERSONAL TRAINING GOAL-SETTING INTERVIEW ATHLETICS PROGRAM REGISTRATION CREDIT POLICY
Personal training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates
exercise screening, goal-setting and health education. At
Columbus Centre Athletic Club, our personal training
program is designed to help you reach higher levels of fitness.
Think of a trainer as your personal fitness coach. As part of your Personal Training and to provide the
best possible experience, each member must complete a
Goal-Setting Interview. It's all about you! The first day of registration for Columbus Centre Athletic Club
Members, Members’ immediate family and Non-Members will
be held in the Membership Office during office hours on the
following dates: A Letter of Credit for a program will be only issued by the
Athletics Supervisor. Any classes taken or missed by the
participant will be prorated from the original cost of the
program and will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.
Columbus Centre Athletic Club offers first-class fitness
facilities for all your fitness needs. Our personal training
coaches are highly experienced and certified. We can work
with individuals of all abilities.
We can also help support your existing rehabilitation regimen.

All program participants may pre-register for the next
upcoming session on the last day or later of their current
session. Participants may only pre-register for the same class
they are currently enrolled in (same day & same time).
1. On Members registration day, children with memberships,
and parent members with children 12 years of age or
younger may register for the upcoming session. The
Members fee will apply unless your membership is on hold.
2. Members’ immediate family of the Columbus Centre,
Joseph D. Carrier Art Gallery, Child Care and other
recognized affiliations of Columbus Centre may register
on this day. Proof of affiliation must be shown either
by a receipt or written permission from the applicable
department. The Non-Members fee will apply to all who do
not have an athletic membership.

Additional corrections subject to credit only.
When accompanying a young participant (12 and under)
we ask that only one family member enter the facility.
However, we understand that babysitting may be an issue,
therefore, siblings of the participant may enter as well but
we ask that noise be kept to a minimum while walking in
the hallways as a courtesy to participants in other programs.
Participants aged 13 and older may enter the facility without
accompaniment. Should you have any questions please ask
any of our membership office staff.
