• Please bring your last Report Card at the time of registration
and the first class of each session.
• Registration fees for persons over the age of 14 are subject
to HST.

PRE-REGISTRATION POLICY
All swim program participants may pre-register for the next
session on the last day (or later) of their current session.
Participants may only pre-register for the exact same day, same or
next level of the class in which they are currently enrolled.
REFUND POLICY
A refund will be issued only if a written request is received
five days prior to start of the program subject to a $10.00
administrative fee.
CREDIT POLICY
A Letter of Credit for a program will be only issued by
the Aquatics Supervisor. Any classes taken or missed by
the participant will be prorated from the original cost of
the program and will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.

No exceptions will be made to the registration dates!
The Columbus Centre reserves the right to cancel or
combine classes due to insufficient registration.

REGISTRATION POLICY
1. On Members Registration day, children with memberships,
and parent members with children ages 5 and under may
register for the upcoming session. The Members fee will apply
unless your membership is on hold.
2. Members’ immediate family of the Columbus Centre,
Joseph D. Carrier Art Gallery, Child Care and other recognized
affiliations of Columbus Centre may register on this day.
Proof of affiliation must be shown either by a receipt or
written permission from the applicable department.
The Non-Members fee will apply to all who do not have an
athletic membership.
3. All other Non-Members may register on this day.
The Non-Members fee will apply.
Please note: There is a pre-determined limited enrollment for
all swimming levels. Once this limit has been reached,

registration for that level will be closed. No exceptions will be
made. Please contact the Athletic Membership Office for
availability to avoid any inconvenience. If the class you wish to
register for is full, please leave your name and phone number
with Membership Office staff so you may be contacted if additional
classes are added (based on demand). Columbus Centre reserves
the right to change or cancel swim classes should registration be
insufficient on the first day of classes. If you are not sure what
level to register for, please contact the Aquatics department at
416-789-7011 ext. 215.
