Athletics ATHLETICS PROGRAM REGISTRATION The first day of registration for Columbus Centre Athletic Club members, Members’ immediate family and Non-Members will be held in the Membership Office during office hours on the following dates: REGISTRATION DATES Term Members 1 & Members’ immediate family only 2 Non-Members 3 Fall Term Tuesday, September 3 Thursday, September 5 Winter Term Tuesday, January 7 Thursday, January 9 PRE-REGISTRATION POLICY For more information about programs, including registration, dates, times, and fees: ATTENTION All program participants may pre-register for the next upcoming session on the last day or later of their current session. Participants may only pre-register for the same class they are currently enrolled in (same day & same time). Gabriella Lalli Program Consultant When accompanying a young participant (12 and under) we ask that only one family member enter the facility. However, we understand that babysitting may be an issue, therefore, siblings of the participant may enter as well but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum while walking in the hallways as a courtesy to participants in other programs. Participants aged 13 and older may enter the facility without accompaniment. Should you have any questions please ask any of our membership office staff. 1. On Members registration day, children with memberships, and parent members with children 5 years of age or younger may register for the upcoming session. The Members fee will apply unless your membership is on hold. 2. Members’ immediate family of the Columbus Centre, Joseph D. Carrier Art Gallery, child care and other recognized affiliations of Columbus Centre may register on this day. Proof of affiliation must be shown either by a receipt or written permission from the applicable department. The Non-Members fee will apply to all who do not have an athletic membership. 3. All other Non-Members may register on this day. The Non-Members fee will apply. Refunds will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee. No exceptions. The Columbus Centre reserves the right to cancel or combine classes due to insufficient registration. Registration fees for persons 15 or older are subject to HST.
