Aquatics FITNESS AQUATICS FALL Swimming Lessons will begin on September 17. REGISTRATION HOT STONE THERAPY Uses heated stones, to massage the body. The stones allow the therapist to address specific problem areas with much more detailed work or deeper pressure. Heated Basalt stones of various sizes, shapes and weights are used throughout.
