You must be busy with so many things going on at once . What ’ s your favorite workout on time-crunched mornings ?

My favorite workout for busy mornings would be a 45-minute spin class . I change up my workouts a lot , but spinning is one of my favorites - I ’ ve been doing it since high school . And I prefer cardio over weights any day !

What do you eat in a day to stay fit ?

I always start my morning with oatmeal and fruit . That is definitely my go-to breakfast . Normally I will eat cantaloupe right when I wake up before my workout , but then after I ’ ll eat my huge bowl of oats . After that , my diet varies . I snack A LOT throughout the day (# alwayshungry ) and will normally eat potatoes or rice with veggies for lunch and dinner .
I am very in-tune with my body and I know when it does or does not like something I am putting into it . It wasn ’ t until about 5 months ago ( I ’ m 26 now ) that I went 100 % vegan . Before , I had been getting anxiety attacks , I was eating a lot of protein bars because of my busy schedule , and I was tired a lot ! I knew it was time for a change … So one day , I became vegan , gave up coffee , and I haven ’ t turned back since ! I feel amazing :)

What advice do you have fore people starting a career in fitness or wellness ?
