In a medium pot, place the Superfood Organic Chia Crunch Hot Cereal and the almond milk over medium heat until the mixture comes to a light boil. Stir in the pumpkin and chia seeds. PLace the lid on with a slight opening and put on low-medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove the pot from the heat. Add the vanilla and spices and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour into two bowls and add the toppings.
