Permanent Court Time (PCT)
Enjoy the convenience of Permanent Court Time on the day
and time you have selected for a full Indoor Season from
Aug 31, 2020 through May 28, 2021.
Court fee is based upon the flat rate of $34/hour; junior or
senior rates do not apply. Your signed application for PCT on
a specified day and time is considered a binding contract, and
you are financially obligated for the court time during this
indoor season.
Note: All players who participate in your PCT must hold a
current Deer Creek Racquet Club membership or pay a $10
guest fee each time they play. PCT agreements are binding and
will not be refunded.

*Please note: there have been a few holiday changes. Rosh
Hashanah Eve, Rosh Hashanah, and Passover will be part of your
regularly scheduled PCT. If your PCT group is unable to use your
court on any day throughout the season, please let the front desk
staff know & we will try to ‘sell’ your court.

Court fees are calculated based upon the membership and/or
residency status of the individual players. ID may be required to
verify eligibility of resident rates. Court cost may be rounded up to
accommodate splitting fees among multiple players.
*Phone-in reservations are accepted one week in advance for
members.
**Non-members reserving a court over the phone must make
payment at time of reservation.

24-hour Cancellation Policy
Any court time or private lesson cancelled within 24 hours of
the scheduled time will be charged at the regular rate.
