Bar Association Fellows Program
The law firm of Ohnstad Twichell, P.C.,
is pleased to announce the selection
of attorney Jacob L. Geiermann to
the American Bar Association (ABA)
Section of Real Property, Trust and
Estate Law Fellows Program. Geiermann
was one of only five Trust and Estate
Fellows selected nationally.
At an Oct. 2 investiture ceremony at the Burleigh County
Courthouse, Douglas Bahr was formally installed as a South
Central District Judge. Gov. Doug Burgum appointed him
to replace District Judge Sonna Anderson.
The ABA Section of Real Property, Trust
and Estate Law Fellows Program encourages the active involvement
and participation of young lawyers in Section activities. The goal of the
program is to give young lawyers an opportunity to become involved in
the substantive work of the Section, while developing into future leaders.
Geiermann is an associate in Ohnstad Twichell’s Trust and Estates
Practice Group. He provides estate planning and tax planning services
to individuals and business owners, with an emphasis on their family,
