What is your current position ? I am a solo practitioner with and owner of Radermacher Law Firm , P . C ., with offices in LaMoure and Ellendale , N . D . I have been on my own for a little over 10 years .
What is your hometown , college attended , and law school attended ? My hometown is Monango , N . D . I attended undergraduate school at Montana State University - Billings in Billings , Mont ., and Northern State University in Aberdeen , S . D ., where I obtained a bachelor ’ s degree in sociology / criminal justice .
What professional work did you do before law school ? I was in banking prior to receiving my undergraduate degree .
What led you to a career in law ? I cannot remember what specifically led me to a career in law , other than I knew it was what I wanted to do from the time I was a little girl . I can recall a grade school project where our faces were on the cover of Time Magazine . The caption on mine read , “ The Next F . Lee Bailey .”
How long have you been on the SBAND Board ? Since April 2016 .

What is the last book ( good or bad ) you read ? The last adult book I read was “ Sycamore Row ” by John Grisham .
What are some of the hobbies you enjoy ? Traveling and spending time with my children .
