FF: Tell us about the last book you read.

KW: The last book I read was called Raven Rock. It detailed the US Government's efforts to ensure our country's survival after a nuclear war including secret government bunkers, evacuation plans and order of succession to the presidency.

FF: If you could take an all-expense paid trip to any place, where would you go and why?

KW: I know this may be cheating, but I would like a trip around the world. I would love to see as many places as possible and speak to as many different peoples as possible.

FF: If you could have lunch with any celebrity who would it be and why?

KW: I would like to have lunch with Neil DeGrasse Tyson. Talking to him about the recent discoveries and possibilities in the cosmos would be extremely interesting.

Ms. Adair Fleming, HS Special Education

FF: Where did you attend college and what did you study?

AF: I began college at Arizona State University and completed my degree at Montclair State University. My major was history with a minor in anthropology.

FF: Tell us about the last book you read.

AF: The last book I read was The Kitchen House by Kathleen Grissom. It is a historical fiction (my favorite) novel about life as a slave on a southern plantation.

FF: Tell us about what motivated you to become a teacher.

AF: I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a little kid. I remember setting up a play classroom in my basement, and I even had my parents install a chalkboard on the wall. When I grew up, I loved history and found it so interesting. I wanted to teach it in a way that would not be boring for my students.

FF: What job would you have if you weren’t a teacher?

AF: When I graduated college, the plan was for me to go to law school. If I was not a teacher, I would be a lawyer.

FF: Tell us about anything else you would like our readers to know.

AF: I have 3 children, 3-year-old identical twin boys named Dominic and Gage and a 6-month-old baby girl named Piper.

FF: If you could take an all-expense paid trip to any place, where would you go and why?

CS: I would love an all-expenses paid trip to Hawaii to visit all of the islands.

FF: What is a favorite quote of yours and what does it mean to you?

CS: "If you can dream it you can do it"~ Walt Disney. I love the hope that this quote inspires.

FF: Tell us anything else about yourself that you would like our readers to know.
