The analysis was published in the theological journal Nova et Vetera, and many commentators praised its clarity. The article was translated into many languages and was a great help for the Synod participants as they prepared to deal with the delicate pastoral issues Faith & Reason - Fall 2014 concerning marriage in the modern world. Its authors were six members of the faculty of the PFIC, Fr. John D. Corbett, O.P., Fr. Andrew Hofer, O.P., Fr. Dominic Langevin, O.P., Fr. Dominic Legge, O.P., Fr. Thomas Petri, O.P., and Fr. Thomas Joseph White, O.P., who collaborated with Fr. Paul Keller, O.P., of the Athenaeum of Ohio and Dr. Kurt Martens of The Catholic University of America. The article is free on the Nova et Vetera website. 12
