RESOLUTIONS, MAKE
THINGS HAPPEN!
A lot of us will look back at 2017 and focus on everything that troubled
us, everything that got in the way of our goals and everything that had a
negative impact on our lives. Some of us will even be wishing away the last
few weeks of the year whilst longing for a better 2018.
A
nd when the world around us is
convinced that 2018 will be a
disastrous year, optimism seems
far-gone, and eventually appears
unobtainable. Some are convinced that
the world will end in 2018 and others
believe that the new year will bring with
it more troubles than 2017. But we’re here
to tell you that amid all the heartache,
terror and misfortune, this new year can
be different for you. No matter what
negativity prevails around you, you can
still remain on track with your life vision,
it’s all about the mind-set you chose to
adopt. What happens in the world is
out of your control but how you react to
outside situations is up to you. This is what
the people in this newspaper did.

What we all seem to be great at, however,
is spending too much time wishing and
hoping that things would get better, rather
than doing the right thing by taking action.
Far too often we become accustomed
to the way our lives pan out, even if our
lives are not how we want them to be.
We become comfortable, and instead
of taking action we dwell on our sorrow.
We forget that sometimes one good
situation can override five bad situations.
It is all about giving yourself the chance to
experience something great.
