No matter
HOW HARD IT IS
Dianna Dals has faced a number of hurdles throughout her life. Her
hardships have ‘followed her like a hawk’, but she hasn’t given up. As
her faith grows stronger, so does her determination. As a woman of grit
and immense willpower, she has remained devoted.
For around five years, Dianna had been facing council
tax and rent problems, whereby the costs were constantly
increasing. However, as she was constantly in and out of
jobs – most of which she did not like, she was unable to
afford the payments. Prior to this, when Dianna first arrived the UK from
Jamaica, she struggled to obtain her permanent
stay and had nowhere stable to live. She tells us,
“I lived in a crack house and sold drugs to make
money I knew what I was doing was wrong”.
So, she decided to use her faith. She utilised the rose
and the anointing oil and she prayed, asking God to
help her, and of course He did. On top of this, she was pregnant, and the father
of her baby passed away when she was four
months pregnant, She had found him
dead and this trauma made
her life unbearable.
Dianna recalls:
“...because I see
God in this place. I
see the living God
here, so I keep on
carry on...”
Dianna also participated in the Campaign, sacrificing
the little money that she did have on the altar. God
honoured her faith and the money that she owed
was cleared. By making chains of prayers and taking
part in the Campaign, Dianna kept her faith strong. In
Dianna’s own words: “You use your faith, and God will
open doors”.
