Warn Couples,
“Don’t Go to Bed Angry”
By Micayla Greathouse
Released this summer, Don’t
Go to Bed Angry by Ron and
Deb DeArmond, gives insight
to couples on knowing how
to “fight fair.” At some point in
life, everyone has conflict. The
DeArmonds suggest that conflict is not the problem, rather it
is the way that people deal with
the conflict. Don’t Go to Bed
Angry will not only help couples
solve problems, but also has
the potential to strengthen marriages through discovery and
better understanding of the feelings and perspectives of each
person. The book gives biblical
wisdom, relatable examples, and
personal stories to help couples
deal with conflict and discover
more about healthy marriages.
In this interview with FFFM, Ron
and Deb DeArmond share a little
more of their background and
some in-depth thoughts behind
the ideas in their book.
What prompted you to write
this book?
Conflict in marriage is inevitable.
And very few of us come to the
altar knowing how to do it well.
Conflict is not the real problem. It’s how we deal with it that
makes it a problem.
