ter is just as taboo now as well. When we make up stories to make hurt easier for children or teach them life lessons, such as the tooth fairy or to be good to receive gifts, we need to remember God. Jesus was born for us, not Santa Claus. Jesus died for us, not some bunny. And the tooth fairy or other such characters or fables should not be used to direct the way our children learn the lessons of life or comfort them- this is why we have God. God is the great comforter, He is the great Teacher, and He will guide us through life to not harm us. Knowing now what Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy are in relation to Christ, we have a choice now. What is yours? John Lysaught hails from El Paso, TX.
