Armed with the knowledge
that she would never attain the
heights that God had planned
for Naomi’s life until she completely surrendered, Naomi was
brought into one more opportunity. She was brought in to meet
with Randy Jackson from American Idol who wanted to begin a
“superstar” band.
The practices, Naomi recollects,
went really well with the songs
having potential to be mega hits.
She reflects that Randy was
great, but the people in the band
began to persecute her for her
faith.
Previously, Naomi had never
experienced any negativity towards her faith in the industry.
