Publisher ’ s Letter
It is not enough just to memorize scripture , nor to just read our Bible . We , as Christians , must know how to apply the Word to our everyday lives , and to walk it out according to scripture .
We make the mistake of separating our spiritual life with our daily life when the two should be one and the same . Our lives should always reflect the Christ in us , and God should be in everything that we do .
The Christian walk is never always easy , and sometimes we face persecution . However , scripture tells us how to overcome both temptation , and the world .
Persecution is not new- in fact Jesus was persecuted throughout His ministry , and scripture tells us if the world hates you , remember that it hated Him first . Additionally , the world hates Christ because Satan has dominion over it .
This issue will teach you how to walk in faith , how to apply what you learn in scripture , and to avoid conflicts that many of us experience when we walk in our faith .
As always , I pray that you are blessed by this issue and that it teaches you and your family above all to lead a victorious life in Christ . ________________________
