With parenting, comes a huge
responsibility. It starts from
their very first breath, continues
through the rambunctious-twos,
onward through the challenging adolescent years, crossing
over to the rebellious teenage
years, and finally into adulthood.
But, as parents, the instinct to
“teach, guide, and protect” will
continue for the rest of our lives,
no matter the age of our “baby.”
That instinctual portion, to help
our young, is grafted, and
given to us, from the Father,
who created that very nature to
be within us. The “lion” protecting her “cubs” is part of being
a parent.
Times have changed considerably since our youth. There
seems to be a progressive
movement that has garnered a
new breed
of
“society”
that would make
some of our ancestors get the “vapors”
or have an “apoplectic”
reaction. The world is ever
