The question then becomes, how long will you suffer through this before God changes his mind or he finally walks away anyway? You have to ask yourself if this relationship is even worth the effect that it is having on your relationship with the Lord. You have started to see a decline in your prayer life, because you find that your prayers are about nothing but the marriage. You are now living in a new season. One that will ultimately prove to you that there truly is Life after Love; there is Life after a bad Marriage and even Divorce. WHEN YOUR SPOUSE DECIDES TO LEAVE, HOW DO YOU KNOW WHETHER TO OR HOW LONG TO PRAY FOR RECONCILIATION? The unfortunate thing about marriages today is the fact that couples rarely seek the Lord first for the right partner. Love is such a fluent emotion in this generation, yet little is known about the intense work that comes with it. With love comes a great commitment. It is a commitment that builds a strong love and foundation that cannot be broken if handled with care by both partners. Still we seesuch a strong desire among so many people.
