There are so many pieces in
the life puzzle, so many days
and nights of both loneliness
and fellowship, joy and grief,
anxiety and comfort... hope
and despair...
The final goal in life must not
be career, money and prosperity...
NO, it is to receive the gift from
the blood of Jesus, that becomes a profound joy in mid
life, delivers light in times of
darkness, that forms into creativity and compassion in a
broken world...
Tomas was born and raised in
Gästrikland (Sweden) but now
lives in Örebro since 1980. He
and his wife Annika have three
daughters and two grandchildren. Besides having worked as
a nurse in a cardiac ICU, Tomas
also studied theology and served
as a pastor in a local congregation and at Örebro University. He
has even worked as a counselor
and life coach.
Tomas also has a career artist
education and has worked in oils,
collages, installations and other
forms of graphic expression for
almost 30 years.
Since 2014 he runs Heavens
Door in Örebro, a vintage cafe
with a live scene providing a
place to meet in a creative, studio environment.
