The workforce figure for people from BAME backgrounds has also increased from 20% to 22.6%. A review of our Board members’ profiles shows that since April 2016 the number of BAME Board members has risen from 26.6.% to 33.3%, the number of BAME Senior Management staff has risen from 7.4% to 9% and the number of BAME employees has increased from 20% to 22.6% post April 2016.
