It took me awhile, but I realized I could not expect my parents, who were
wounded adults, to provide a stable home and life for me. They were wounded
adult children, hurting and wounding their children; thus perpetuating a vicious
cycle of abuse. This is how we have a multi-generational epidemic! Child abuse,
sexual assault, and human trafficking, is OUR LAST GREAT FRONTIER! Without
raising awareness, education, and prevention, we can not create a paradigmn
shift to change and challenge the old way of thinking!
