Piece Dyeing
Piece dyeing involves colour being introduced
after fabric is woven. Large yardage amounts
are usually necessary for this method of dyeing.
The fabric is completely immersed in a dye vat
to absorb the colour. This method allows
greater colour capability, however there is
often dye-lot variance between batches.
